How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the in-app Billing page and click Manage subscription. You'll be sent to the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can cancel. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you reside in the EU, EEA, UK, or Türkiye, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU; Türk Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği Madde 15). Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a pro-rata refund. Outside that window the subscription is non-refundable for the partial period in progress, but we still review every request — just write us.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
From Settings → Danger zone. The delete flow cancels any active subscription first, then permanently removes your profile, briefs, proposals, and uploaded content within 24 hours. If the subscription cancel step fails, the delete is aborted on purpose — we never leave you on a paid plan without an account. Email us if it gets stuck.
An AI-generated brief or proposal has a factual error. What now?
AI output is advisory — please review every section before sending anything to a client. If you spot a systemic problem (the AI consistently misreads a project type, or the Pricing Safety band is wildly off for your stack), email us with an example. We tune the prompts almost every week and your case studies make the next version sharper.
I bought credits but they didn't appear.
Lemon Squeezy webhooks usually deliver within a few seconds, but provider outages can stretch this to a few minutes. If credits aren't in your dashboard after 15 minutes, forward the Lemon Squeezy receipt to us and we'll grant the credits manually. We never double-charge; every order ID is deduplicated server-side.
Where is my data stored? Is it KVKK/GDPR compliant?
See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors pages. Your briefs live in Supabase (EU region); AI processing routes to Anthropic in the US under SCCs with a 30-day retention cap and a "do not train on customer data" clause.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the login screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive in 10 minutes, check spam, then email us — we can verify your identity and trigger a manual reset.
Do you have an SLA or status page?
We aim to keep response time under one business day (Türkiye hours; we reply slower on weekends). A public status page is on the roadmap; until then we post incident notes here and email affected users directly. For a production-critical issue, write “URGENT” in the subject and we'll prioritise.
