By accessing or using Briefance at https://briefance.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Briefance is an AI-powered tool that helps freelancers and agencies convert client requests into professional project briefs and proposals. The service includes:

• AI-powered analysis of client messages to extract project requirements.
• Smart question generation to identify missing information.
• Professional brief and proposal generation.
• PDF export of generated documents.

You must create an account to use Briefance. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Free: 3 briefs per month with core features.
• Pro ($19/mo): 30 briefs per month, proposal generation, custom branding, priority AI queue.
• Agency ($49/mo): unlimited briefs, team collaboration, priority support.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Important: All briefs, proposals, and analysis generated by Briefance are AI-generated and provided as a starting point. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.
• Ensuring accuracy of project scopes, timelines, and pricing in proposals.
• Any business decisions made based on generated content.

Briefance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to exploit the system.
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
• Use automated scripts to access the service beyond normal API usage.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Your content: you retain ownership of all content you input intoBriefance (client messages, answers, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

Generated content: AI-generated briefs and proposals are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute them freely for your business purposes.

Our property: the Briefance platform, branding, UI, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

Your use of Briefance is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to data practices described therein.

Briefanceis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for business losses resulting from AI-generated content.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
